Патофизиологический паттерн реакции иммунной системы на вирусную инфекцию и вакцинацию при метаболическом синдроме на примере животных моделей

Аннотация
В обзоре представлены данные о влиянии метаболического синдрома, воссозданного на примере животных моделей, на вирусную инфекцию и результативность вакцинации против ряда инфекционных заболеваний. Частота метаболического синдрома в настоящее время неуклонно растет, обуславливая повышение количества случаев развития острых сердечно-сосудистых событий и патологии печени, вплоть до развития цирроза и гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы. После пандемии 2009–2011 годов, связанных с вирусом гриппа H1N1, была выявлена высокодостоверная положительная связь между тяжестью течения вирусного заболевания и наличием у пациента метаболического синдрома. Понимание механизмов влияния таких составляющих метаболического синдрома, как дислипидемия, инсулинорезистентность, ожирение, артериальная гипертензия, метаболически ассоциированная жировая болезнь печени, на развитие инфекционного процесса в организме и вакцинацию помогают в поиске новых стратегических решений и их имплементации в практическое здравоохранение в части снижения медико-социального бремени как метаболического синдрома, так и инфекционной патологии, прежде всего гриппа, пневмококковой инфекции и острых респираторных вирусных инфекций. Изученные к сегодняшнему дню аномалии иммунного ответа на вакцинацию и инфекционный процесс на примере животных моделей с метаболическими нарушениями позволяют значительно лучше понять их влияние на течение вирусных инфекций и разработать подходы к повышению эффективности вакцинации.
