Особенности хронического запора у пациентов старших возрастных групп

Аннотация
Хронические запоры представляют собой значительную проблему здравоохранения, особенно актуальную для пожилых людей, у которых они являются одним из наиболее распространенных гастроэнтерологических расстройств. Они существенно снижают качество жизни, будучи обусловлены сложным взаимодействием физиологических изменений, связанных со старением (снижение моторики желудочно-кишечного тракта, ослабление мышц тазового дна), сопутствующих заболеваний (диабет, неврологические расстройства), полипрагмазии (прием множества лекарств с побочными эффектами), а также специфических факторов образа жизни (недостаток клетчатки и жидкости, низкая физическая активность). Последствия хронических запоров выходят за рамки дискомфорта, включая развитие осложнений (геморрой, каловые завалы, дивертикулез) и негативное влияние на психоэмоциональное состояние, приводящее к тревоге, депрессии и социальной изоляции. В статье подчеркивается необходимость комплексного, индивидуализированного подхода к диагностике и лечению.
