История изучения ювенильной фибромиалгии: к 40-летию первого описания. Часть III. Лечение и прогноз

Аннотация
M.B. Yunus и A.T. Masi в феврале 1985 года впервые описали 33 случая ювенильной первичной фибромиалгии (ЮФМ) и предложили ее диагностические критерии, однако и 40 лет спустя практикующие врачи зачастую испытывают затруднения при ее диагностике и лечении. Это во многом связано с недостаточной информированностью детских врачей о данной проблеме, так как в доступной зарубежной литературе информации о ЮФМ на несколько порядков меньше, чем о фибромиалгии у взрослых пациентов, а в русскоязычных научных статьях вопросы ЮФМ практически не обсуждаются. Большинство опубликованных ранее обзоров литературы, посвященной ЮФМ, как правило, приводят информацию не только непосредственно о ней, но и в большей степени о фибромиалгии у взрослых, что не вполне корректно, так как существует целый ряд уникальных особенностей ЮФМ и ее отличий от фибромиалгии у взрослых. Цель настоящего обзора — обобщить оригинальные исследования ЮФМ, избегая ссылок на исследования с участием только взрослых пациентов. В части III статьи приведены данные о лечении и прогнозе ЮФМ.
