История изучения ювенильной фибромиалгии: к 40-летию первого описания. Часть II. Клиническая картина. Дифференциальная диагностика. Коморбидность
Аннотация
Muhammad B. Yunus и Alfonse T. Masi в феврале 1985 года впервые описали 33 случая ювенильной первичной фибромиалгии (ФМ) и предложили ее диагностические критерии, однако и 40 лет спустя практические врачи зачастую испытывают затруднения при ее диагностике и лечении. Это во многом связано с недостаточной информированностью детских врачей о данной проблеме, так как в доступной зарубежной литературе информации о ювенильной фибромиалгии (ЮФМ) на несколько порядков меньше, чем о ФМ у взрослых пациентов, а в русскоязычных научных статьях вопросы ЮФМ практически не обсуждаются. Большинство опубликованных ранее обзоров литературы, посвященной ЮФМ, как правило, приводят информацию не только непосредственно о ней, но и, в большей степени, о ФМ у взрослых, что не вполне корректно, так как существует целый ряд уникальных особенностей ЮФМ и ее отличий от ФМ у взрослых. Цель настоящего обзора — обобщить оригинальные исследования ЮФМ, избегая ссылок на исследования с участием только взрослых пациентов. В части II статьи приведены данные о клинической картине, дифференциальной диагностике и коморбидности ЮФМ.
