Practical recommendations for therapists to diagnose and to treat drug induced liver injury

Practical recommendations are intended to optimize the tactics of managing patients with drug induced liver lesions and are recommended for use by physicians working in outpatient and inpatient health care in St. Petersburg, intended for general practitioners and all specialists interested in clinical gastroenterology. These practical recommendations were developed on the basis of the approved Clinical Recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Russia “Drug induced liver injury”, approved by the Health Committee of the Government of St. Petersburg on October 26, 2020.
