Abstract

The review presents the mechanism of action, efficacy and safety of modern immunostimulants from the group of bacterial lysates. The characteristics of bacterial lysates OM-85 and OM-89 are given as agents with proven clinical effects for the treatment and prevention of urogenital and respiratory infections.
